The Adventures of Team Oakley: Team Oakley goes to Disneyland! 3-19-12

DISNEYLAND!!!!

Team Oakley's last day in SD is going to be celebrated in a WONDERFUL way!!

We are going to Disneyland!

We woke up and Emery was SOOOOOO excited to go!

He was great on the ride up, he slept the whole time. When we got up there he was excited, but confused. There were so any kids out and Beka and Michael were SO excited to be there that they kept squealing in his face....it was a lot to take in.

We are about to get on the train! We are so excited!

Yay for Team Oakley in Disneyland!

Now we are on the train to disneyland!

We are here! and Emery looks cooler than ever!

There was so much to see!!!

We saw a big horse in the park that we called "big scrappy!"

We realized very early on that Emery may be too young to enjoy D-land. He thought his binky clip was just as exciting as the rides we went on. Oh well, Beka and Michael were having enough between the two of them :)

The pictures that we got at the park made up for Emery being oblivious to the whole experience.

It was a BEAUTIFUL day, and it was very sunny. We had to protect Emery with Beka's scarf. It was not pretty, but it worked.

Here is Dad and son on their first trip to disneyland together! Priceless!

After Disneyland we went over to California adventure to see some fun things.

Beka and Michael were having SO MUCH FUN! It was great to take the day slow and take in all the sights and smells of the park. It was new for them, but they enjoyed it.

Emery enjoyed going slow too :)

Then he woke up and wanted to be mickey.

He was one happy guy at Disneyland!!!!

After California adventure, we headed back to Disneyland. We got the picture that everyone gets in front of the front flowers.

Then we went to city hall to get Emery a "my 1st visit" pin. He was so cute wearing it! These photos are worth the whole trip!

Then Beka and Emery went to see the ducks while Michael got a snack.

Emery needed some refreshment too.

After our break Team Oakley headed off for more fun!

We went to ride winnie the pooh. Emery loved it! His eyes were HUGE the whole time taking in all the colors and lights!

Then we went to ride the circus train!

Emery was not sure if he wanted to do this or not.

In the end, he decided the wait was too long, and that he wanted a nap, so we headed back to the car to head home. It was such a great day and we were all ready to get some rest. And though we were all exhausted, the train ride back to the car was very entertaining.
