For Christmas Beka gave Michael tickets to go see the Trans Siberian Orchestra play at the Bridgestone arena here in Nashville! It was a show he has been wanting to see for years, and it is finally happening!
Josie also got craig a ticket, and Rosanna got Cassidy a ticket, so they were all able too see the show together!
While they were out of the house having a grand time, Beka and her sister, Roxanne, took advantage of the man free house and had a sister date!
Well, we still had one wee man here with us. Emery ate some delicious spaghetti with his Nini while Beka ran to the grocery store for fun night supplies.
After a while, things got pretty out of hand :D
Emery likes his spaghetti, can you tell? After a bath and some snuggles, Roxanne put Emery down for Bed, and Beka came home to start the night.
She made some great vegan peppermint hot chocolates and popcorn.
She had a little oops with the popcorn and made WAY too much, and it went all over the floor.
But the ones that stayed in the pan came out really good.
After everything yummy was made, we settled on the couch, shared a blanket, and watched Moonrise kingdom (of of Beka's, and now Roxanne's favorites!).
After the movie we chatted until way too late, and it was wonderful.
Michael came home that night with stories and photos and videos of the great concert he had seen. Every person the in Oakley home that night was very happy and thankful, and we all slept very well.
It was a good night.
